Seeking members for the Study Group on “Designing and Running Randomized Evaluations”

The University’s “Make a Difference in the World Fund” (MDW Fund) seeks participants for a study group on “Designing and Running Randomized Evaluations”, which will discuss how to design a randomized controlled trial (RCT) and evaluate the efficiency of poverty reduction policies in the field of developing countries.

The facilitator of the study group is a practitioner, using RCT in developing countries as well as the US.

At the study group meeting, participants will watch MIT’s free online lectures and then discuss their content. The study group meets at 8 pm on Zoom every Thursday, starting on May 11 until December. An orientation meeting may take place in mid-April.

This is an informal study group, NOT a regular course.
